Simple Sun Salutations & Gentle Stretch
Gentle Movement & Self Compassion Meditation – 40min
Show YOURSELF some LOVE. This practice is gentle, but also rejuvenating, as we show our bodies and minds some love and cultivate self compassion. Compassion is something that we can so easily share with others, but not as much with ourselves. In this class we spend time moving our bodies, showing them love and appreciation, then we move into a guided meditation as we sink into what it feels like to show yourself 100% compassion & love for ALL part of YOU. *Recorded from a live virtual class
Mini Movement & Meditation – 25 min
This is a great practice for anyone, anywhere, anytime. Together we move for roughly 15 minutes through small, simple, yet impactful, postures that help find release in the shoulders, hips, and spine. This class can be modified to do ANYWHERE: at your desk, on your mat, riding in the car, etc. The class ends with a 10 minute simple, guided meditation focusing on bringing awareness to your breath. A quick, but powerful daily practice that can be done in the morning or evening!
Hips & Heart – 40 min

We all tend to hold a lot of tension in our hips, shoulders and heart space. Sitting for prolonged periods leads to tight hips, rounded shoulders, and overall stiffness in the body. This class helps find movement in the spaces we need most (including our heart space!). Join me for 40 minutes of intentional breathing as we move through hip, heart, & shoulder openers (+ some leg love!)
No chaturangas and this class can be modified to have no weight on the wrist (simply omit the down dogs and modify with table top or child’s pose)

Powerful Flow – 60 min

This full length class, vinyasa flow style class will have you working your entire body, finding and harnessing your power. Expect a full body work out that gets you moving, builds some heat, challenges your balance, has some fun, and ends with a relaxing cool down. Enjoy!

Post Run & Walk (or cycle!) Yoga
Look at you out there DOING THINGS! Gettin’ some cardio in…or maybe you just need to seriously stretch yo’ hips and legs, I feel you. This mostly static stretch class is great post run, walk, spin, or even a long car ride! We focus on finding a steady stretch in the legs, hips, spine and a bit of shoulders towards the end. We hold ourselves in the poses for at least 30 seconds, allowing the muscles to recover, improve range of motion, and strengthen connective tissue. On your mark, get set…flow!
30 Minute – Fluid Flow

Do you ever just feel like your joints and muscles needs some WD40? I certainly do. Finding fluid movement in the body helps relieve stiffness and get that energy flowing! This thirty minute yoga practice is about finding dynamic movement in poses and in the spaces in between. This is a great practice for beginners and anyone looking to find fluid movement in their body and build some strength. Join me in taking thirty minutes for just YOU today!

25 Minute – Slow & Steady

Slow & Steady, Of Monsters and Men
Join me for twenty five minutes of mindful, slow movement to begin or end your day with. Great for beginners or anyone looking to carve out some time to slow down, stretch, and breathe. No weight on wrists during this practice.
